Live Multi-Media Simulcast for Churches and Groups

The conference will be available for live streaming to your church, youth group, or other large gathering. If your group has a broadband internet connection, a video capable computer, and a video projection and sound system, you can have the National Conference on Christian Apologetics streamed to your location LIVE. 

 

Content:  Both stages of the Friday night and Saturday main sessions will be available. That means there will be two (2) simulcast feeds (one from each main stage) and you will be able to select the speaker you with to view or have two (2) feeds to your location and watch them both in separate rooms. The topics from stage B will be generally oriented toward youth, but will be appropriate also for adults. The Saturday night debate will also be available for simulcast. In addition, the breakout sessions on Friday held on the main stage only will be available for simulcast (schedule is not yet set). The remainder of the break out sessions from the other rooms during the day Friday will not be simulcast. A detailed schedule of when each speaker will present will be available on this website when the schedule is solidified. The detailed schedule will help you plan your event and things such as music or introductions at your own site.

Debate Information: - In addition to group viewing the Saturday night debate will be simulcast for individual viewers. Group rates as shown below still apply. Individual viewing will be $20/person. An individual or family (up to 7 people) can Live Simulcast the debate for $20/person. At checkout put the number of viewers in the quantity box. Children under 14 will be free with a paying adult. Please remember that DVDs of the debate will be available for sale after the event.

Cancellation: A group may choose to cancel their subscription to this event until October 1st with a full refund. We reserve the right to charge a cancellation fee after October 1st.

3e Impact Association Discounts: Further discounts will be given to 3e Impact Association Churches.

 

Technical Requirements: You will need broadband internet connection, a computer with good audio & video capability, and a video projector system and sound system linked to the computer. You will need Windows Media Player or similar multimedia player that will play high quality .wav files on the computer. A test of the conference simulcast system with your church or group system will be performed within 2 weeks prior to the conference. Can admission be charged at the church or other location? Yes! With a relatively small number of viewers, the event will pay for itself and even be a fund raising opportunity. The fee that you charge is your choice. 

How do I watch?  After you have paid the fee, an email will be sent to you with a code and details to log on to a website. You will be given instructions on how to test your connection and equipment prior to the event.
